Providing volunteer Rules Referees for Golf Tournaments in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The Group started inviting these people to our monthly meetings.
The group was formed in 2001 by Ralph Myers when the volunteer USGA Committee Members and a few other volunteer Rules Officials wanted to meet monthly to discuss Rule situations that they experienced while working qualifiers.
