Where’s your K**b? 🤔 The barrel often times is a by product of turning the hands and the k**b When we throw our hands it often times turns into the hands and the barrel going straight down and not being able to recover back uphill in time because we run out of space and time We need to rather turn the k**b forward up and inside the ball before we can let the hands extend and go through the ball I think about the k**b having an arrow on it and turn inside, up, and towards the part of the field in which I want the ball to go before letting the extension happen If extension is even needed This is a beautiful swing from Hoskins and a great illustration
