It was our pleasure!!! I hope he’s enjoying the bike! Anything we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to visit!

Exceptional Hospitality is one thing you can always count on, no matter which TREK shop you visit. Earlier this month we called in a favor to the Trek Bicycle Alamo Heights store in San Antonio, TX. The store manager Eddie and his team did not disappoint and helped customer, Rick McKay get his Checkpoint SL 6 ready to GO!

Here is what Rick had to say about his recent experience, "This store has a great vibe!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Built my bike, got it set up, and helped me with accessories. By far one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time."

Thanks again to Eddie and the Trek Alamo Heights team!
