Quick shoutout to our fearless leader, Coach Candy. She is hitting the competition floor at the inaugural XENOM event in Dallas the weekend of June 27 and 28. Happy Memorial Day.
Today we remember and honor the sacrifice of the brave men and women that have laid down their lives for our freedom. As you go about the day take a second and recognize, appreciate, and exercise the freedoms we have in this country. Freedom has never been free. Never forget.

Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, U.S. Navy SEAL, was killed in action on June 28, 2005, in the Kunar province of Afghanistan. He was 29 years old. On that day, in a moment of extraordinary courage, Murphy exposed himself to enemy fire to call for help for his team... a decision he knew would likely cost him his life. And it did. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor, the first service member to receive it for actions in Afghanistan.
He called this workout “Body Armor.” He did it regularly. It was his way of preparing for the demands of combat and for serving the people who counted on him.
When we do Murph, we carry that name with us for every single rep.

Friends!!! MURPH prep is almost done already! Next weekend the 23rd of May is when we are doing MURPH. We will have a 7am and an 8:30am heat for you, these will be available for you to reserve in Wodify. Let’s finish this prep strong. See you on the floor!
