The San Antonio Charro Association is deeply saddened by the passing of Elsa Diaz “Luna” Rodriguez, our 1953 Queen, who passed away on Friday, May 11, 2026, at the age of 94.

Mrs. Rodriguez will always hold a special place in the history of our association and in the hearts of those who knew her.

We send our heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones during this difficult time. May God grant them strength, peace, and comfort in the days ahead.
