Our new life fitness stair stepper is put together. A workhorse for those of us who love to be bodybuilders and for those looking to lose a meaningful body fat percentage. Got several more new pieces for the gym already set up and being used. Been adding iron weights weekly’s and getting more pieces today. Nothing but the best for our gym fam here at 210 Strong

🚨Huge announcement 🚨We have gone back to our roots! We are bringing you 210 Strong’s Combative Sports Program. It will be starting up later this month with pricing and scheduling still TBD. We have brought on one of the best coaches around who will be officially introduced at our 2 year Birthday Bash! We are making big moves here at 210 Strong.
Some may already know this about us but we used to own/run a very successful MMA gym in another life. We are so happy to be able to bring back where we started into this new chapter of our life.
The 210 Strong crew takes care of one another and supports each other in their goals! Nobody else has this atmosphere. You have to come see it for yourself to believe it!
More changes coming in September to include classes. Starting September 22nd Coach will be running a HIIT at 6 class every Tuesday & and Thursday evening at 6pm. She is also running a Power Hour class on MWF at noon and a Pilates class with abs on M&F at 10am. Classes start 9/21.

Coach is working on another class to add to the schedule as we speak. We will also be offering a class only membership as well.
