We are a local veteran owned and operated fitness center. We offer a wide range of equipment. We are bringing the old school gym back in a new way.
We are a 24/7 access facility. Staffing hours are M-F 12-7p. Kids workout for free with parents.

We are finally able to finalize and announce our Kids Camp for this summer. It’s 5 weeks long starting 7/1 and ending 7/31. Coach will be running the classes on Wednesday and Friday evenings at 6pm. $75 per child with sibling discounts available.
