Zion Hill Road is a winding road in Seguin, TX with rolling hills. Toward the end of the road there Armando Guerrero, Sr.
better known to most as "Grandpa" lived for his children and grandchildren. If he was not working on the job or at home, he was training his sons and 10+ grandchildren to be runners! In 1986, Grandpa moved his family to Zion Hill Road in Seguin. Here he found many trails and rolling hills to train his young athletes. Grandpa would drive his truck with his emergency lights on as he followed behind

Today was San Antonio Sports ACTIVATE’s first 5k of the 2025 season at Mission County Park in San Antonio!
There is always an amazing turnout for these community events with many great volunteers, vendors andd sponsors. And the weather was perfect for a Saturday morning run.
