We had our last lesson today for the fall semester 🍁 we already can't wait for a busy spring semester with lots of shows and fun events! See y'all in a few weeks!!

Today's team practice!

Hey Trinity! Here's a mid-semester update! Even though we haven't been able to compete at IHSA shows this past year, we've still been involved in a lot of exciting things!

We've had weekly socially distant lessons, monthly team practices, and we've volunteered as warm-up riders, horse handlers and more for the IEA team shows!

Claire even got to compete in a non-IHSA show with Gracie, and they won Reserve Champion for their division!!

Thanks to our wonderful coach Steph (and Apollo) for everything she does for our team!

Our team often helps warm-up horses for the IEA Team at their shows!! Here are some of our riders warming-up horses this morning! Good luck to all the HCRA IEA girls today!!

We are excited for months full of lessons and team practices this semester. Stay tuned for updates and a special surprise to be announced later this term!

TU Equestrian hosted their very first shows in recent history at HCRA @ Marglin Ranch. Judges Lindsey Mortimer and Terri Beck were fair and impartial, and both stayed afterward for more than 90 minutes to provide valuable feedback to the riders and coaches! Thank you ladies!!!
Also thanks to all teams who attended and supported our shows! Mc Neese, Mississippi College, Tulane, LSU, Schreiner, Rice, Texas State, and the University of Texas for bearing with us! 🙂. Thanks to God for the perfect weather, Terri Cocanougher and Marglin Ranch for the beautiful facility and especially the HCRA IEA Team for all their hard work!! We could not have done it without y’all!!!
