The past 2 days we have been learning from some of the best in San Antonio. We tell our athletes to continue to learn and develop, and the same is true for coaches. Excited to get back in the gym and start implementing some new drills, techniques and philosophy!

Some of you are already asking about summer🏐 opportunities so we put together a list of everything available in the area! Unfortunately KMS gym is closed this summer for work being done so Empire will not be hosting any camps or clinics. We will have our first round of tryouts in July so stay tuned for more info on that!
