Hello everyone. Our trainers have been hard at work in conditioning, and re-training of our horses. Our herd continues to grow thanx to your support, along with interest, and desire to participate. We have several groups starting next week, and would like to invite you to come out and participate with us.

Our facilities are located in South San Antonio. Where we offer Theraputic riding, Trail riding, and small peer support groups. We have counselors on staff, and also able to refer to counselors to help you in individual counseling. We work with ages 11 and up in areas such as addictions, eating disorders, trust building, confidence building, PTSD, LQBT issues, and much more.

Equine Assisted Mental health has been proven to be successful with clients of all ages. Even if your not interested in Therapy. We offer Trail riding of 4 different trails, community trail riding, and overnight trail riding for 2 and up. We are insured and would love to work with you.Are prices are reasonable and we have a sliding scale to help families in need. And also offer a scholarship program to families or individuals in desperate need.

Spirit Wolf Equine & Therapeutic Center is currently preparing for the new year with new classes, new services, and programming. If you are currently looking for Theraputic riding, Support groups w/Horses, Counseling, Hippotherapy, Trail riding, PTSD, At- Risk youth, LGBT Community, and other services. We have them to offer at two of our locations in Bexar county area.

A lot of our programs involve using horses. We work with anyone 4 and up. There are currently two Support Groups going on now. Many of these programs are free, and we do offer Scholarships, financial aid, and sliding scale as available. Please message us to begin Processing, and for more details as class will fill up quick.

Hope everyone is staying warm today. All the horses are doing well, and enjoying there time off. Which is a good thing...... Stay warm everyone, 6 days to Christmas.

I have been battling the flu. That me and my son keep passing back and fourth. Safe travels and happy holidays........

Due to the weather we have been limited in the amount of sessions we can conduct. Spirit Wolf #1 has four trails over 65+ acres of wooded area to explore.

Spirit Wolf #3 has acres and round Pens with a scenic view of pond and others to conduct ground work and programming.

I would like to thank our group yesterday that got to do basic ground work with the horses even with the heavy overcast, and chilling winds. And finding it so fun they have chosen to become apart of the Spirit Wolf Family, and services.

We will continue to monitor the weather, and as it changes we will be changing our hours to better help our Theraputic Partners- horses we work with.

Our prayers go out to the Fallen in our community, and across the United States that have fallen while doing there job. To there family and loved ones we wish to express our extreme prayers and comfort during your loss to you and your families.

Though a lot backfired for some and we know to expect it's not over. I want to express our mission and goal again.

Spirit Wolf is dedicated to working with everyone and unlike many places we don't care if you can't afford it we work with you. We offer many things for many people. And some peer support groups are a good option for those wishing to connect with others, and talk about things. We will be running some of those groups this week. Trauma, LGBT, and Domestic Violence self help. Some of the groups have been filling up for past couple weeks. From my regular peer support groups by word of mouth. And the equine portion still remains a option. Thank you!!!!! You matter.... With our recent contracts I am so glad this opportunity exists.

Lorelei had such a big appetite today. But helped with 3 more people today one person in tears. It was a great moment. And Lorelei knew exactly what to do when she nestled her head in the crook of that person's neck. Taking her to site 2 was hard this afternoon. But the blessing is now I can split my time and make it more beneficial.
