Help your young athlete build strength, speed, and confidence! Our Youth Athletic Performance classes focus on improving speed, agility, strength, movement mechanics, and injury prevention in a fun and supportive environment.

Class Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
5:30 - 6:30 PM

Monthly Pricing:
Youth (Ages 7-12): $89
Teen (Ages 13-18): $99
Family (2 Athletes): $150
Family (3 Athletes): $200
Family (4+ Athletes): $240

Here at the Y, everything is better when we have H-E-B Partners on hand!

We are incredibly grateful for the amazing volunteer work our H-E-B Partners put in today! They helped pick up trash around our building, clean windows inside and out, and tidy up the surrounding areas. They even extended their support to our San Antonio Public Library and went above and beyond by deep cleaning our DoSeum area
