Alamo City Fury Volleyball Club

Tourney was good 17u did a great job on Saturday losing 2 winning 3. The best was losing by 10 points then coming back to win the match now that's heart!! Never giving up! I love all my girls and want them to experience first hand all levels of the game, from the experience to the emotions. As we all continue to play through our season I hope these girls enjoy and learn to love the game as we all have !! Thanks to all my coaches Jazz, Trish, Maria, and Paul and my what would I do without my partner in crime Vero! To each of our girls we love and hope you continue to work hard at practice every minute every drill every emotion counts....

14u team worked real hard today winning 2 out 3 in pool and coming up short for 2nd place overall. These girls worked hard played hard and we are proud of them. As coaches we work hard to mold our young girls into great role models, athletes and most importantly play with heart. Today myself and coach vero received some feedback from parents of other teams! Its awesome not only to hear but to know these girls can inspire others by just being humble and working together as a team. The parents congratulated us and cheered for our girls because they said our girls were never disrespecting and showed each other gratitude no matter how good or bad a play was. They were also the smallest team out there but still came out on top in their pool. I just want to close this out by congratulating these girls for not only playing hard but for inspiring the spectators! Great job girls..... Team fury rocks!!

Congratulations to our 12u team and Coach Paul Suarez for taking 2nd today at the Top Spin tournament today. These girls are playing up a level so very exciting for them. Great job Lil' Fury team we are very proud of you! Thank you gracie and annette for the pics!

First tourney of the season and these girls went on to play for first but ended IN A VERY CLOSE MATCH and receiving 2nd place! They played so beautifully it brought tears to my eyes! Lol...Coach vero and myself are proud to see you all get in the game and take over. Coming together and playing like you did with so much enthusiasm and energy! We cant wait to see what the next couple of months brings! GREAT JOB TODAY LADIES!! VERY PROUD OF YOU ALL!

Today was our first team bonding of the season, we are very lucky to have such an enthusiastic, articulate, goal-oriented and dedicated group of girls! Goals are set and we aim high for this next season! We wish all our teams a blessed and amazing season. Its all for the love of the game and what you bring not as one but as a team❤ ....Our goal is to make you the best you can be mentally, physically and on the court, we do it because we love the game and our athletes who join. It's not about the glory, its about learning, growing and never underestimating yourself, anything is possible, and thats what we hope to achieve this year...

Proud of all our teams today, all came out for the early morning scrimmages, great job to all 4 teams! Thanks SA cobras for having us. I didnt get many pics from our 17u, 16u or 14u because we all played at the same time, but here is our newest addition 11u playing up in the 12u division, great job Coach Suarez!
