I want to get stronger. Lift more.

Take a good look at what you want and what you are doing to achieve it. If you want to get stronger but run 5 miles per day, live in a caloric deficit, and only touch the weights once per week maybe it’s time to restrategize your regimen. What are you working towards and how are you getting there?

CLIENTS WHO CRUSH IT
has been hard at work coming back from shoulder issues. We started this process roughly 13 weeks ago doing basic strength work and 2-3 cardio sessions per week based on his request. The goal was to really strengthen the upper body and shoulders to where he could get back to Olympic Lifting in some capacity.
Here we are as of yesterday performing a sn**ch complex of 3 Drop Snatches + 2 Hang Power Snatches like being never missed a beat! Keep crushing it my friend!

😱Holiday Weekends😱
It’s Labor Day Weekend. There will be BBQ’s, sweets, alcohol, and chips & dips. There will be offers to spend time with family and friends for extended periods of time. There will be late nights, early mornings, and sleeping in later than normal.
You may feel anxiety over the lack of time you spend in the gym this long weekend. You may feel anxiety over the extra calories you are offered between food and drinks. You may feel anxiety over staying out later than normal or not getting the usual amount of rest you normally get.
I’m here to let you know eat that extra brownie. I’m here to let you know drink that extra beer with your buddy or have that extra glass of whiskey or wine with your mom, dad, and siblings. I’m here to let you know it’s all going to be ok!
A healthy lifestyle has balance. Fill your cup this weekend with exploration, laughter, friends, and family. Get some
movement in but don’t let it consume your entire day unless you are a professional athlete. Do the things you love with the people you love!
