5x Incline BB Bench Press.
Be sure to add weight every round to a difficult but doable set of 5 reps.
8-12x 1-arm DB Rows, and 8-12x KB Swings.

According to a Feb 2023 study from the University of South Australia, exercise was found to be 1.5 times MORE EFFECTIVE than prescription medications for managing depression. 1.5x!!!
