Aloha friends! At this time, my doctor recommended strength and resistance training, so I joined a commercial gym and hired a personal trainer.

💪🏽👩🏽‍🎤Teaching GenXers how to end the struggle with midlife weight gain, stress at work, and lack of energy at home, so they can start to building a strong and lean body with food & activities they enjoy! I help individuals build realistic, flexible, and sustainable habits for these 5 key lifestyle areas:

☝🏽This. Still hits like it was yesterday...
I fought HARD to not feel heavy, not feel sick, not fit in my baggy clothes, and not be damn tired all the time!

👊🏽And I’m still fighting. Fighting for my life, daily! Fighting against high blood pressure and high triglycerides. Fighting against fatty liver and Type 2 diabetes. Fighting against increased body fat/obesity, reduced bone density, and loss of lean muscle.

🚀Ready-set-GO!

💁🏽‍♀️ In my upcoming lean body project, I’m looking to work exclusively with 5 women who have a fat loss/weight loss goal in 2026, and want to get a head start on their New Year fitness, but not sure how.

Then, this could be for you…

1️⃣ You may have gained 10+ lbs in the past couple of months because you noticed that
your pants and dresses fit a bit tighter around your waist.

2️⃣ You often struggle to plan your meals, and sometimes skip breakfast, eat fast food at lunchtime, or even snack before dinnertime.

3️⃣ You sit at a computer most of the day for work, at least 5+ hours

Mele Kalikimaka and Happy birthday Jesus!

Although it's been the longest, coldest, roughest week physically, mentally, and emotionally...
• Did some awesome workouts with my mad skills alongside some of the hardest working people
• Wore the most layers of clothes to beat the freeze
• Ate lots and lots of protein, salad greens, and chocolate

And with my guys this Christmas...
• Enjoyed a glass of sweet plum wine with tasty Japanese food
• Watched holiday movies all day
• Then, napped with the professional napper...
Good times!

👌🏽😊 Ah, an oldie but goodie cue for rope climbing!

CrossFit Cue of the Day:

In the rope climb, when pulling the legs up, think about doing a toes to bar rather than a strict pull-up. You will get your feet higher up without having to pull with your arms.
