🔥 What a Great Start to Grappling! 🔥

Yesterday was an exciting day at the Christian Taekwondo League! We officially kicked off our Wednesday Grappling Class with Coach Ed, and it was a big success.

The students had a great time learning new skills, and the energy Coach Ed brought to the mat was powerful and fun. Everyone felt it. You could see the excitement, and now the students can’t wait for next week!

Welcome Coach Ed to the CTL Family!

We are proud and excited to officially welcome Coach Edgar “Coach Ed” Ayala to the Christian Taekwondo League (CTL) Family as our new Grappling Coach!

Coach Ed brings real experience, heart, and passion to our team. With a background in Karate, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and MMA, he has trained and tested himself both in the gym and in real competition. His journey includes multiple fights and tournaments, along with years of strength and mobility training after overcoming a serious motorcycle accident.

More than his experience, Coach Ed brings the right mindset—discipline, toughness, and a true desire to help others grow. He is committed to building our students into stronger martial artists while helping them gain confidence, control, and respect.

Grappling is a key part of becoming a complete martial artist, and we are excited for our students to learn from someone who has lived it.

Coach Ed will begin teaching Grappling classes on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
