Sunday Project 🔨
We turned our old lobby area into 800 sq ft of new training space 💪
Huge thanks to Jeremy and crew for the demo + install, and to our Team who showed up today to help make it happen!
This new area will focus on movement and recovery — rowers, ski ergs, Woodways, and more.
We’re excited to keep building for our community!

OUTLAST 2026 🏁🔥
3 miles. Every hour. For 6 hours.
This team showed up and showed out with true determination, grit, and perseverance. It wasn’t easy — the conditions were dusty, the heat was high, and the terrain was anything but friendly.
But mile after mile, this crew stayed focused and kept pushing forward. Everyone ran their own race while still showing up for the team — and that’s what made the day so powerful.
We are incredibly proud of the heart and resilience that was on display. Congratulations to our entire Outlast 2026 team — you earned every mile. 💪🖤

Segment 1:
5 movements you can do at home or in the gym to establish a baseline of muscular strength & endurance, and re-test over time to track your progress 💪

Common movements/machines we see performed with incorrect form—and how to do them the correct way ✅

Our first Just Move. Program of the year kicked off yesterday!
These 12 committed to 5 days a week for the next 4 weeks, showing up for themselves and each other.
They’ll gain invaluable knowledge, build strength (both muscular and cardiorespiratory), learn how to better fuel their bodies through nutrition, practice yoga, and enjoy a massage 💆♀️🧘♂️
Yesterday we established their baseline, and at the end of the program we’ll reassess to see just how much progress they’ve made.
Beyond the physical gains, the relationships already being built in just one hour were amazing to see 💚

Incredible turnout to kick off the New Year! 🎉
Our first community run of 2026 brought together an amazing mix of new and familiar faces.
The goal: 1 hour of movement - and we did it start to finish, together. Thank you to everyone who showed up and set the tone for the year.
