Stop being discouraged by couch sitters that are NOT motivated to do anything but criticize others! Get UP and focus on your purpose, unapologetically!!!
Why do you persist in making excuses for yourself? Simply put: You make excuses because your brain utilizes them as an inherent defense mechanism, thereby protecting your ego from fear, shielding yourself from criticism, and maintaining a secure position within your comfort zone.
So STOP!
Instead of dwelling on limitations by saying I can’t, EXPLORE possibilities by asking 'how can I?'
