How long have you been a member of Lobo? Since 2024
What made you start CrossFitt? I started a weightloss journey and needed direction so I began crossfit at Crossfit Pride in Santee, CA in 2013
Least favorite movement: Burpees
Current fitness goal: get pull ups, box jumps, and RX more workouts
Workout time you usually attend: Typially 530am
One movement you’ve improved the most since joining: my cleans
A PR you’re most proud of: Finally hit a 240lb deadlift which was my deadlift PR when I was almost 100lbs heavier

If you could create your dream WOD, what would be in it? "Farmer carries, tire flips, deadlifts, and rowing"
If you could permanently delete one movement from CrossFit, what would it be? Burpees :)
Favorite thing about the Lobo community: the people all day
Who is someone that motivates you at the gym? everyone in their own way but mostly heather because she has been pushing me for years and has seen potential when I didn't think there was any
Best advice you would give to a new member: Just do it, get in, you won't regret it. The community is amazing and you will not only change physicially but you will be happier becasue you will do things you never thought were possible
What keeps you coming back on the hard days? I know that when I leave I am going to feel better than when I walked in.
What do you do for work? Respiratory Therapist
Hobbies outside of CrossFit: Reading, swimming, gardening
Favorite way to spend a rest day: in the garden or spending time with my family
Favorite food or go-to cheat meal: chick fil-a for cheat meal, favorite food is chicken stir fry
Coffee order or favorite drink: guilty pleasure is monster engergy, coffee is a latte with almond milk and 4 splenda
If you had to compete in a non-fitness sport tomorrow, what would you choose? Pickle eating contest because pickles are amazing!
Superpower you wish you had during workouts: the abitily to do all of the movements
If you were a piece of gym equipment, what would you be and why? Sandbag becasue they are strong but adapatable

One thing on your bucket list: scuba dive the galapagos island
