How long have you been a member of Lobo? Two and a half years!
What made you start CrossFit? Carried some heavy items up some stairs and felt like my heart was about to pop, I knew I had to make a change.
Least favorite movement: Kettlebell swings or running; I loathe both..
Current fitness goal: Get better at kettlebell swings and running...LOL
Workout time you usually attend: Lunch Crunch!
One movement you’ve improved the most since joining: Power cleans
A PR you’re most proud of: Squat clean of 215 when I barely knew how to move my arms two years ago LOL

If you could create your dream WOD, what would be in it? Death by power cleans, hand stand push ups, and muscle ups
If you could permanently delete one movement from CrossFit, what would it be? Thrusters

Favorite thing about the Lobo community: Everyone is willing to help each other and learn from one another; If someone knows how to do a movement better, they're always willing to share their experiences
Who is someone that motivates you at the gym? Anyone and everyone who moves better than me - so a lot of the members LOL!
Best advice you would give to a new member: Don't sweat it, actually go sweat it out - but don't over think it. We all started somewhere and don't forget to hydrate!
What keeps you coming back on the hard days? Knowing that 'future me' will thank 'present me'
Outside the Gym
What do you do for work? I'm just your friendly neighborhood janitor
Hobbies outside of CrossFit: Love to make carne asada and chill poolside. Catch me at a Spurs game during the finals. Mentoring other business owners.
Favorite way to spend a rest day: Working on my businesses
Favorite food or go-to cheat meal: A burger from Pumpers followed by cereal with ice cream
Coffee order or favorite drink: Anything the bartender feels like making

If you had to compete in a non-fitness sport tomorrow, what would you choose? Chess
Superpower you wish you had during workouts: Ability to not smell or hear anyone around me LOL
If you were a piece of gym equipment, what would you be and why? Sanitary wipes, gotta stay clean and hygenic!

One thing on your bucket list: Create sustainable housing for ALL of my staff in need.
