Arms begin over head.
Exhale press Arms down toward the back.

Hammer curls.
It's all about the biceps today.
Grab a set of weights of your choosing, start with your palms facing in, down towards the hips, exhale, lift your arms towards your shoulders, bending at the elbows.
Don't swing the body stay in control.
One minute or take it in reps.
We are almost to the finish line.

Day 7 Elbow Taps.
Half way there.
Are you feeling stronger already? Lets keep going.
Place your hands behind your head. Elbow are open wide. Keep your shoulders down and away from the ears. Take an inhale, and exhale to bring those elbows together.

Day 6: Wide Arm Rows
Soft bend in the knees. Slightly hinge forward from the hips. Arms start down in front. Deep inhale and *exhale* lift the arms wide. Squeeze the shoulders at the top.
