Drift & Descend: Transitions in Heels with 𝕳𝖆𝖚𝖙𝖊 ❤️‍🔥 𝔉𝔲𝔢𝔤𝔬 Liquid Motion Instructor — the travel, the turn, the drop, the recover. The unglamorous connective tissue that turns a pile of moves into something that looks like dancing.

Nobody posts their transitions. Everybody notices when yours are good.

MON 10/19 — 🌊 XFlow 6:30. Plus Levels 5–7, Novices 5–5.5, and 6–9.5 at 8.

TUE 10/20 — 🎭 Russian Exotic Goddess Night Choreo w/ Kamikazee + Goddess Night Open Pole, both 8 PM. Two weeks and change until Nov 6 — the stage is getting real.

WED 10/21 — 👠 Drift & Descend: Transitions in Heels 8 PM. The floor is right there. Get to it beautifully. Plus Advanced Pole 10+ and Levels 1–2.

THU 10/22 — ✨ Performance Refinement w/ Amoretta 8 PM — your routine is 90% there, she handles the other 10%. Newbies Level 2–4 at 6:30, Level 5 Inversion at 8.

FRI 10/23 — 🪢 TWISTED TWINS: DOUBLES WORKSHOP w/ Natalía & Beatrix Bubble Enigma AKA Miss Bunny Thumper 7:30 PM, 90 min, $40. Two instructors. Two bodies. One pole. Grab your person. 💋

SAT 10/24 — Three classes, one unforgettable morning: 💃 Bellydance w/ Paloma 9 AM · 🤸🏽‍♀️ Gettin Splitty With It w/ Lady Curvicorn 10:30 · 👑 Iron Goddess w/ Erica Chasity noon. $15 each, or free with membership.

SUN 10/25 — 🎀 The Art of Burlesque w/ Beatrix Enigma 4:30, week three. Plus Pole Curious 4:30 ($20, zero experience required), Pole & Play and Open Pole at noon, Newbies 2–4 at 1:15, and Combo all afternoon.

An intensive flexibility session for middle AND front splits: muscle prep, active stretching and PNF, then deep passive stretching. Your hamstrings will file a complaint. You’ll thank them later.

👑 12:00–1:10 PM · Iron Goddess w/ RumpRoast
Sit upon your throne and defy gravity, one chair acro move at a time. Three LapRyders classes are recommended, but not required. Heels are recommended. Tights, leggings, or fishnets help you glide, since bare skin sticks to the chair.
