Marcela Freeman I’m Marcela Freeman a certified trainer, IFBB Bikini Pro, and a Certified Life Coach. Since 2011, I’ve helped over 3,000 women transform their lives.

I believe all challenges in life are opportunities for growth. When I made the choice to live healthier I set in motion my life mission—to inspire others to change their lives through physical fitness. Health and well-being are at the foundation of everything we do. It takes personal integrity, discipline and dedication to stick with a healthy lifestyle. I believe there are absolutely no limits but the ones we place on ourselves. “Only YOU can stop YOU”. Whether you are an experienced or beginning exerciser, I can help you reach your health and fitness goals. I’m here to educate, motivate, innovate and appreciate. www.Burnitin30online.com
