It’s been a long time since I posted anything, so I might as well show off my final project for the year.

This is a leather tool roll for a set of bonsai tree tools. They are odd shapes and widths so this was a little difficult, but I made it work. Request for a small bumble bee tooling was included. 😊

Got some work done today on a smaller project. I haven’t done any floral tooling patterns in a while and almost forgot how much time it takes. πŸ˜πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ₯ƒπŸŒ·πŸŒΊ Life goes on

Finished up this leather tool bag for a motorcycle today. It’s for an Army buddy of mine that wanted a specific pattern tooled on front. It looks a lot like the old Army cartridge boxes carried by soldiers. Fun project and always good to make something special for a fellow veteran. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Today I finished a strange project. I created a leather replica of a military issue canteen cover. It looks kinda rough, but I still like it especially the color. The inside stitching was a pain, but it gives an overall cleaner look. πŸ˜πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

It’s the details that make me smile in the end. The burnished edges make this piece stand out among my creations. See the difference between the two pics before and after the finishing touches. πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Going to make a double magazine holster for a 1911. Had this pattern pack for a while and plenty of scrap leather on hand. I definitely have all the rivets and hardware for this small project. πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ”« Life goes on

All finished with this leather tool bag. I really like the way it turned out especially the stitching and burnished edges. Thinking of re-designing the pattern to be similar to my shaving kits. Glad that I was finally able to clean up my workspace too. πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈLife goes on
