I’M BACK… for atleast the 💯 time‼️
My life has been a roller coaster of doing great for a couple weeks, and then falling off and losing my progress but I refuse to give up on myself.

What I’ve learned about myself is that I cannot do it on my own, I need support. So I am excited to be working with STRONG NUTRITION again to get me back on track!

The highlight for me this 6th grade year is being a part of Liam’s first XC season as a volunteer parent‼️

My boy is talented, but does not see running the way I did at his age and that’s okay. I wanted him to at least have the experience to see what it is about, and today he ran AMAZING and finished right behind me‼️

My days of beating him may come to an end sooner than I wanted! 🥰 That’s My Boy‼️

Liam had the opportunity to participate in his 1st Track & Field season! 🏃🏻‍♂️I have been looking forward to 5th grade to watch him race and cheer for him along the track! 😍

Thank You and coaches for offering this sport at school and making it a memorable experience for both of us.
