As a member for more than 10 years, Maria has grown alongside the community that has supported her through some of life’s biggest challenges.

As a single mother raising two daughters while working full-time, Maria made health and fitness a priority and used the gym to build both physical and mental strength.

Her daughters grew up watching that commitment firsthand, from spending their early years in the Gold’s Gym Miranda crèche while their mother trained to seeing her overcome setbacks and pursue new goals.

That example eventually led Maria to competitive bodybuilding, proving that transformation is not defined by where you start, but by the discipline to keep moving forward.
