Stronger dancers are built from the inside out. 🩰✨

At Universe Dance School, our Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) classes help dancers develop strength, stability, alignment, balance, coordination, and body awareness — creating a stronger foundation for their ballet technique.

PBT isn’t just about getting stronger. It’s about learning how to use your body correctly, move with greater control, and train smarter.
