I want to give a big shout out to this man Jeremiah Koch. He is an excellent Kombat Judo instructor, martial artist and a stand up guy. He also offer private training. It’s an honor and a pleasure working with him at Super Heroes Gym + Nutrition Club Super Kai Karate. We will be launching our combined women karate and self defense program August 6th.
