CONSULTATION:
First, we do a short consultation to understand your goals and your fitness level.
. CLASS STRUCTURE:
• WARM-UP: Class Starts with a 5 minute Mini HIIT Warm up.
• YOGA: Then we do 5 minutes of yoga.
• STRENGTH TRAINING: Followed by 45 minutes of strengt
Week 6.
Deload week.
Recover. Reset. Prepare for the next phase.
