SOUTHEAST REGION CHAMPIONS 🏆

The Maxwell Air Force Women’s Varsity Volleyball Team earned 1st place at the 2026 AFVVL Southeast Region Championship, officially claiming the title of Southeast Region Champions!

The team displayed exceptional teamwork, determination, and competitive excellence throughout the tournament, rising above a strong field of regional opponents.

With this championship victory, the women’s team is now headed to Nationals next month, where they will compete against the best teams from across the country.

Congratulations to the athletes, coaches, and supporters who made this achievement possible. The journey continues, and the standard remains high. GO EAGLES!!! 🦅🏐

Maxwell AFB Varsity Eagles — Tournament Recap

This weekend was a strong showing for our Maxwell Eagles Varsity Teams, and we’re proud of the effort, growth, and heart every team brought to the tournament. 🦅🏐

🏐 Women’s Team — SEMIFINALS
Our women’s team delivered an impressive performance, battling their way into the semifinals with focus, discipline, and teamwork.

🏐 Coed Team — QUARTERFINALS
The coed team showed great energy and consistency throughout the competition, earning a well-deserved place in the quarterfinals.

🏐 Coed MVP — NICHOLE
Huge congratulations to Nichole for earning MVP in the coed division! Her leadership, hustle, and all-around play were outstanding — we couldn’t be more proud.

🏐 Men’s Team — Hard Work & Dedication
Our men’s team competed with determination and represented Maxwell with pride. Even though they haven’t had the chance to play together as a full unit yet, they still showed incredible effort, teamwork, and growth throughout the tournament.
