Hey CG Fam, TODAY from 5-7pm, Revival Performance Physical Therapy will be performing free injury screens at my evening location at Mcallister Park!

These will be free 15-minute-long mini appointments where you can ask sports physical therapists any questions you have.

We definitely recommend you check this out, because we want you to be able to push yourself and train with us for a long time, and these screens are a great resource. This is open to all Bold members!
