It is with a heavy heart that we will have to say good bye to a great baseball player that had an approach to the game like no other. AK (Andrew Kiely) played with a confidence that made you remember his name. I have coached one other that played to the same high level as AK and to find out I coached both of them was just amazing!!! When I found out Ricky Alverez coached Ak it all started to make sense. Watching one was like watching the other.

Great Sunday of baseball. Four games straight and the boys were just out of gas. Game one started at 1:30 and the last game ended sometime after 7pm. Fell short of the ship but these young men played hard all day.

This afternoon another ABC Force player was offered a place to play college baseball. Although it's the same school that has given us a total of 6 offers, we appreciate the opportunities this coach has given our athletes. We would like to extend our kids options to other colleges but with the outrageous prices to go-to their camps or tournaments our families are limited because of the big business youth baseball has become. At this point this coach is the only coach on our list of coaches to call for the athletes we train and have college abilities. Out of the ten athletes we have taken to this coach he has asked 6 athletes to come play for him. It's as simple as having free workouts and we will bring our athletes. Our hats off to this coach. If parents are paying for training why should they have to pay for recruitment also?

Slow start today with a tie the first game. That was a 11/2 hour drop dead game that we were down 2 runs with 10 mins left on the clock. We tied the game runner on first no outs and they call the game. Second game we win 13-3, bats came to life and two attempts at stealing home and they were both safe but only one got the call. Great effort by all the boys. .

Great outing today for the 7 athletes that got to work out for the Huston Tillotson University Head baseball coach. Pitchers threw well and the bats were on point. Great glove work by all the young men. All in all great outing for all that attended. .

In need of an 18u Catcher for this weekend, if anyone knows of such a person please have them message us. "Can't be any geek off the street he has to be handy with a bat, if you know what I mean, earn your keep"(young guns modified).
