June 6, 2026 looks very different than June 6, 1944.

Today, many of us will spend time with family, head to the store, gather with friends, or go into the gym without a second thought about the freedoms that make these ordinary moments possible. But it’s impossible to look at today without recognizing that it might have looked very different had it not been for the courage and sacrifice displayed 82 years ago on the beaches of Normandy.

On D-Day, thousands of young men stepped into uncertainty, danger, and unimaginable adversity. They moved forward not because it was easy, but because it was necessary. Their actions helped shape the world we live in today and preserved freedoms that generations have since enjoyed.

As we train today, pushing through discomfort, overcoming challenges, and striving to become stronger, we’re reminded that resilience, courage, and commitment are values worth honoring—not just in words, but in how we live.

Today, we remember the heroes of D-Day. We honor their sacrifice, their bravery, and the legacy they left behind.
Never forgotten.

Here’s a recap on the details: any unlimited member who attends 225 coach-lead classes in 2026 will be entered to win six months free membership! The athletes on this list are not playing around! 🫁 Breathing is one of the most overlooked performance tools in the gym.

When workouts get tough, don’t hold your breath—use it. Proper breathing helps deliver oxygen to working muscles, manage your heart rate, create stability, and keep you calm under pressure.

When lifting, a simple rule is: breathe in before the movement, brace your core, and exhale through the hardest part of the lift. Whether you’re squatting, deadlifting, pressing, or pulling, a strong breath creates a strong foundation.

In challenging workouts, focusing on your breathing can be the difference between feeling overwhelmed and staying in control. One breath, one rep, one step at a time.
