Fit Tip #5 Rule of thumb
Flip over your favorite processed snack. If the Ingredient list is about as long or longer than your thumb and the ingredients sound like they were made in a laboratory DONT EAT IT. Eat real foods; fruits, vegetables, grains and proteins. They contain the essential nutrients your body needs to grow correctly.
Fit Tip #4 Ignore Haters
Haters, have noticed you are changing. They see you getting fitter. They see that you're happier and more confident. Now, they gotta hate. Haters will try to put you down. Tell you your obssed with fitness. Tell you the healthy foods you eat are gross. They are jealous. Ignore them. Next time a hater hates just smile and say awww you just don't get it.
Fit Tip 3 # Get Excited
In order to achieve and maintain a fit life you have to get excited about working out. You can't show up to the gym dreading your workouts and expect results. Learn to love your workouts. Become proactive and find exercises that you enjoy. Learn to get excited about your workouts and you will see results.
Fit Tip #2 Motivation
In order to see true results you have to be consistent. You need to workout a five days a week. Motivation is a big part of staying on track towards your goals. Whats your motivation? Write one motivation a day. All you need is one reason to workout. Keep this motivation in your wallet, purse or on your desk at work. Say it to yourself. Cultivate a motivated mindset.

If you don't already have one find yourself a fitness buddy. The perfect fitness buddy will 1. Hold you accountable. 2. Will encourage you. 3. Will grow with you. The two of will develop a kind a bond of commitment to a fit lifestyle. Choose your fitness buddy wisely.
