It’s all about listening to your body!! Not necessarily counting reps or sets, but doing what we need to do in order to get done while we’re training, in a way that is going to prevent injury in ultimately get us to where we want to be. I truly believe in these three exercises that you see me performing the pull up the dip and the ab crunch. Reason being, these three exercises is what is gonna help you build your foundation and order for us to actually build we have to have that foundation so I truly believe in these three exercises, and all that that they’ve done for me personally and all that they’ve done for my clients over the years. So with that being said, I recommend getting one of these tripod machines, whatever you wanna call it, I think I paid US$250, if you wanna know more about the brand that I bought, shoot me a DM. But just remember that it’s all about listening to your body and trying to break down the muscle as much as you can. I hope you got something out of this video and make it a great Thursday.

How to do it:
Cross your right leg over your left knee.
Push down on your right knee while pulling up on your left ankle.
Hold: 45–60 seconds.
Repetition: 3 sets per side.

Just a little functional training these are some exercises that I’ve been incorporating for some years now and really have had a lot of improvement just in the past couple months on some of these exercises that you see here. Not a lot of weight just a lot of reps a lot of blood really engaging the core and trying to keep everything tight while having perfect form. Hope you got something from this video.
