Let’s be honest… a lot of people start working out because they want to look good naked.
And there’s nothing wrong with that.
But the way many people go about it is what causes problems later.
When people try to lose weight too fast by:
• Eating very low calories
• Doing tons of cardio
• Not strength training
• Not eating enough protein
They often don’t just lose fat…
They lose muscle too.
And when you lose muscle and weight too quickly, that’s when you can end up with:
• A slower metabolism
• A “skinny fat” look
• Low energy
• And sometimes loose or excess skin
A better approach is slower, smarter, and focused on building muscle while losing fat.
This is why strength training is so important.
When you strength train and eat enough protein while losing weight:
• You maintain more muscle
• Your metabolism stays higher
• Your body looks tighter and more toned
• Your skin has more time to adjust
• And your results are more likely to last
So yes, it’s okay if the goal is to look good naked.
Just make sure you’re going about it the right way:
Build muscle. Lose fat. Be patient. Stay consistent.
