Today is week 1 of our 16 week curriculum. Come join in on the fun! Kids learn self defense techniques, jiu jitsu foundation, learn how to move and understand their bodies all while having some fun. Our Tiny champs/Little champs start at 4:45pm and our bigger kids at 5:30.
