SOSA Renegades – 6U Flag Football Head Coach Opening

The SOSA Renegades are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and positive individual to lead our 6U Flag Football team for the upcoming season.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing young athletes, teaching the fundamentals of football, and creating a fun, structured, and competitive environment for our players. Previous coaching experience is a plus, but the most important qualities are leadership, patience, dependability, and a commitment to helping kids grow both on and off the field.

We intentionally keep our rosters small to ensure every player gets quality coaching, meaningful playing time, and the opportunity to develop throughout the season.
