A follow up to a video I put out on hitting a few weeks ago when I talked about chasing your power late-not early.

Note— a hitter’s hands should stay above the ball at all times and they should be above the back elbow at contact with the ball.

The hitters hands should be slightly behind the heal of the front foot at contact with the ball —the hands should not travel in front of the front foot to make contact with the ball. Contact with the ball as a general rule should be made with the hands slightly behind the front foot heal to create the greatest amount of leverage and power in your swing.

If your training routine isn’t creating these kind of movements that are similar to Elite Hitters you can’t expect to take an Elite swing to the ballpark.

If you’re not seeing the movements that you are creating in your swing at the highest level—-that’s a Red Flag!!! You need to pay better attention to (DETAIL)your videos and the videos of the highest level hitters to see what movements you may need to change or add to become an Elite Level Hitter!!!
