I made $102,000 on this flip. Everyone told me to tear down the house.
Do you see how there’s a tree growing into the front of the house?
We had to rebuild the entire roof and the front of the house.
I actually made less than $102,000 but if you look at my HUD statement, between my commission and what I received at closing this is what I made.
I had repairs of $32,000. So I really pocketed $70,000 on this flip. Sold FHA.
A family got an affordable house with an FHA loan, and it was completely remodeled and they got a $5000 seller concession to go towards their closing costs.
I love being able to provide affordable housing for families. And guess what, I got an offer for the first day on the market.
