Thank you Julie for being our first!
Last night was an amazing night! We hosted our first Rock Steady Boxing class!
Such an amazing experience. I have never seen folks so determined, and persistent.
I spend my days helping folks, motivating folks, and chatting with folks.
Sometimes the conversations are shallow sometime; very deep.
People look up to me for guidance. I consider it an honor to be respected in such a manner.
Last night was a reminder as to why. It is because I am surrounded by hardworking, dedicated, amazing people who want nothing better but to improve. Because they believe so strongly in themselves that I have no choice but to believe in them.
I was reminded again of how resilient and amazing we as humans are. Give us a challenge we WILL it. Tell us we can't and we can. Tell us it's impossible, and we will see you in the crowd as the impossible happens.
Thank you to Julie, her son Sam, and Rachel for allowing me to see the resilient being that is the human machine!
I am honored to be a part of your journey and thank you for encouraging me along mine!!!
"Always a student, always a teacher."

Have you ever boxed before? It is so empowering, different than any other type of fitness. Gives you such a high, can be very emotional. Ladies, don't think it's only for the twenty something, or its not lady like. There's no time like the present to fight for yourself. Let's fight Parkinson's together!

The dream picks you! We all have gifts, each of us is unique and very gifted. Sometimes you feel called to do something big and great and you wonder if you could do it justice, so some back off and let someone else step up and live the dream that is meant for us. If you feel inspired and called to action, step up to the plate. This dream, this goal, was meant for you. Take it!
