Coach J's last day with THUNDER Allstars was with Lightning at 's Arizona Crown.
Don't worry, you'll have new and familiar coaches coming in to fill the space.

All of the laughs, cries, hardships, breakthroughs, silly moments, bonding, sheer love, proud moments, surprises, ups and downs... has made all of this worth it.
Opening the gym was a dream of mine since 2015. I opened TCF in 2017, then TA in 2020. All I ever wanted to do was give a space for athletes to learn and grow in a way that I was never able to. I was a kid who was bullied by others, never had any friends, and had adults ignore me. I wanted to be able to pause in a classroom, find out where a student was struggling, point out corrections and give them the opportunity to learn from their struggles and get better, rather than shove them to the back and expect them to get better without any guidance, like a LOT of athletic facilities do.
Over the course of 4 years, we've had about 135 athletes come through the gym, 4.5 seasons of competition athletes, a few camps and hosted activities, and a TON of lifetime memories.
My goal with each of these athletes was to turn them into resilient, participating, critically thinking young women and teach them physical, emotional, and mental strength through this sport. It's a tough sport - not everybody understands why I teach the way I do or have the rules I have, and that's okay. I'm able to come out of this knowing I've made a really positive impact in a TON of little athletes and now young women throughout my 11 years of coaching.
I'm sorry to leave the current athletes, it breaks my heart to not be able to continue on your journey of growth by your side. But I know you will be placed in good hands with your new coaches or with wherever you decide to go.
Just remember - it's all for the love of cheer. Keep that in your heart forever and you'll be happy and continue to grow where you're planted.
