🔥 TODAY’S WORKOUT: BUILDING PRESSING POWER & GYMNASTICS ENDURANCE 🔥
Today’s focus is all about developing overhead strength, upper-body muscle endurance, and the ability to maintain quality movement under fatigue.
We kick things off with a 3x10 Strict Press Test performed every 3:00 for 3 sets at 65-75% of your 1RM. This isn’t a max-out day—it’s a volume-based strength session designed to build stronger shoulders, a more resilient upper back, and long-term pressing capacity. The goal is simple: stay disciplined with your percentages, hit full range of motion on every rep, and keep those legs out of the movement. Thirty quality reps today equals serious strength gains tomorrow.
Then it’s time for “Pain Don’t Hurt” 💪
8 Rounds:

✔️ 8 Dumbbell Bench Press
✔️ 8 American Kettlebell Swings
✔️ 30 Seconds Rest
Target Time: 12-16 Minutes
