Join us downtown for the Life on Laurel: Foundation Movement Class with Golden Gate Chiropractic on October 25. Dr. Drew Vercellino's class is designed to help you move and live more freely, help you feel stronger and more stable in your body. If you've dealt with chronic or re-occuring pain this class is designed for you! Dr. Leilani and Joe of Golden Gate Chiropractic will be providing spinal screenings before and after the class.

It's the spookiest time of the year! Tiny ghosts and ghouls (7 and under) 👻 are taking over Laurel Street in search of candy 🍬. Pick up a trick-or-treat bag at the Parks and Recreation tent or from a volunteer, then make your way down Laurel Street and visit businesses with a Goblin Walk stop sign. Bags are available to the first 600 little goblins. Happy haunting 🎃!
