We were honored to build the custom pool, spa, and pond for this exceptional luxury residence.

From pre-construction planning through excavation, grading, steel, plumbing, inspections, shotcrete, and ultimately filling the pool with water, every phase was carefully coordinated to complement the quality and craftsmanship of this beautiful home.

Monaco Luxury Pools...
This project definitely went through a few design revisions, but that's part of creating a backyard that truly works for the homeowner's lifestyle. With a challenging triangular-shaped lot, every inch had to be carefully planned and maximized.

✨ Features include:
• Custom pool & spa
• Long built-in BBQ and entertainment area
• 18" raised deck behind the pool
• Extended masonry bench with fire pit
• Existing back door replaced with a ~17' folding glass door
• Putting green
• Raised planter and vegetable garden boxes
• Cozy private courtyard outside the home office
• Complete front yard renovation
• New 8' wide welcoming entry walkway

At Monaco Luxury Pools, we believe difficult lots create opportunities for great design. From concept to completion, our goal is always to maximize the space while bringing our clients' vision to life.

Challenging project!
The side yard had a triangular shape, restrictive setbacks, and we still needed to fit a 450-square-foot pool and spa, plus a BBQ area with a return bar and a covered structure.
Without 4K Aluminum products and engineering, this project simply wouldn’t have been possible.
Monaco Luxury Pools designed the entire project around this concept to make it happen.
We ended up with a 270-square-foot structure featuring a 27-foot-long by 16-foot cantilever… and yes — absolutely no front posts!
The structure includes electric louvers and a full extruded aluminum system that will be powder coated for durability and finish.
