For example…we used to be able to eat 1 orange and get all the nutrients we needed; we now need to eat 9 oranges! We could eat 1 bowl of spinach in the 1950's and get all the iron our bodies needed...now we would have to eat 53 bowls of spinach!
There have also been over 200 studies that have shown that eating organic is nutritionally no better than regular food. You should buy organic because it is less polluted and has less herbicides and pesticides.
