Burnt out ain’t the move.
I’m learning that for real.
I used to think it was about doing more, pushing harder… but you can’t build anything solid like that.
Lately I’ve been realizing—I’m not just doing massage… I’m building something.
And building takes time.
Step by step. Making sure it actually holds.
My construction background really showed me that… just didn’t know I’d be using it like this.
So now I’m moving different.
Doing what I can, when I can, without running myself into the ground.
It might not look like much right now… but it’s coming together.
Still building.

Ironman 70.3 Oceanside 🌊
Good day today.
Got to be out at Ironman 70.3 Oceanside working on athletes right after they left it all out there.
This is the part people don’t always see…
When the body is tired, tight, and trying to figure itself back out.
That’s where I come in.
Not just to work on the body—
but to help it reset, breathe, and start recovering.
But what really made today was the people.
Connecting. Sharing knowledge. Teaching a little. Learning a lot. That’s how we move this forward.
This is why I do it. Give back. Stay present. Keep building.
