Building a team is about the bonds that the team creates with you(the coach) and with their teammates.
In order to win championships, they have got to wanna play for one another, lift each other up and accept that not every one has their best game every time they step onto the field.
Don’t just practice and play together. Change the world together by serving your community. .

If you put in the hours, you get the results! This girl has been working her tail off and because of it was a beast this weekend at Legends National Cup! She might be small but she’s mighty. Many things she did right but my favorite goals were her left hand beauties.

Empowering your athlete means more than just telling them they did a good job! Help them find other sports activities where they can have fun and be challenged. Paddle in the beach is always a fun family activity!
