3:30pm: greek yogurt bowl + half scoop protein + honey and fruit - love the chocolate whey
7pm: tri tip rice bowl with mushrooms and brocolli (I had a second bowl)
8:30pm: stove top popcorn with light olive oil + salt

1. 1 serving of processed carbs for one meal a day. Other carbs come from minimally processed carbs like fruits and veggies
