New month starting off with some challenges and goals!!!
I did 3 sets of Each exercise!
-Leg swings(10-15 reps each side)
-jumping jacks(20x)
-jump squats(15x)
-squats 12-15 reps
-banded side to side steps (20x each side)
-leg lifts (15-20x)
-Glute bridges (15-20 reps)
